Young Professional Advisory Board

ROLE

YP members will serve as EoP ambassadors and advocates by advancing our objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruiting and engaging donors and volunteers

  • Provide fresh perspective and insights to BOD

  • Mange internal programs and campaigns

  • Planning, organizing and facilitating events

  • Social Media and Digital Engagement

  • Mentoring programs

 

Candidicy

  • YP will consist of 8 members in total (may expand with maturity)

  • YP Chairman will also serve on the EoP BOD  (can be current BOD member)

  • YP Advisory Board members will be selected by the EoP YP Council (made up of EoP BOD members + YP Chairman) during the annual YP Succession Process

  • Members will be in the 18 – 35 years of age bracket and meet EoP diversity and professional requirements (e.g. gender, ethnicity, talent, location, experience, etc.)

  • Each YP member will undergo an interview process to ensure credentials, role and responsibilities are communicated and met

  • YP terms will be authenticated for 12 months at a time – with no term limits outside of the age requirement (creates gateway to remove inactive members)
